Conflicto de competencia suscitado entre el Juzgado Octavo Civil Municipal de Pereira y el Juzgado Segundo Penal Municipal para Adolescentes con Funciones de Control de Garantías de Armenia.
La controversia se generó en torno a las diferentes interpretaciones que hicieron los despachos involucrados del factor territorial.
Teniendo en cuenta que ambos juzgados son competentes para decidir la acción de tutela formulada, la Corte respeta la elección que hizo el accionante y dispone enviar el expediente a la autoridad de la ciudad de Pereira, para que de manera inmediata tramite y adopte la decisión de fondo a que haya lugar.
